Aerial photograph of the Savage MARC StationThe Savage MARC Station is a 12 +/- acre site, located along Dorsey Run Road, near both MD 32 and US 1 in Howard County, Maryland.  The Savage MARC Station is located along the MARC Camden Line, connecting the Baltimore Camden Station with the Washington, DC Union Station, which handles 4,300 average daily trips.  There is an average of 540 trips per day at the Savage MARC Station, which currently provides 914 surface parking spaces.

The Savage MARC Station is located within the designated Transit Oriented Development (TOD) zone of the US Route 1 Corridor Revitalization Plan designed by Howard County, and in close proximity to the growth anticipated at both Fort Meade and the National Security Agency (NSA).
