Telework Defined:

Teleworking is benefiting companies throughout the country by allowing employees to work outside the traditional company environment. Teleworkers can work at home or in a satellite office using a computer and a telephone. Telework provides a win/win situation for employees and employers. Employees are still in the loop but not in traffic.
