Clean Air Partners

With the arrival of summer weather, we all need to do our part to improve air quality. Much of Maryland suffers from ground level ozone - smog that forms during hot, sunny days. It affects the health of our citizens, farmers' crops and our natural resources.

The Maryland Department of Transportation is a member of Clean Air Partners, a public-private partnership encouraging people to take voluntary steps to reduce ground-level ozone.

Please visit their website http://www.cleanairpartners.net/ for the latest air quality forecasts for the Baltimore-Washington region and to learn what you can do to help.
