Forms, Instructions and Related Information

IRP Schedule A/C is used for Original and Supplemental Applications to the Interstate Registration Plan.

IRP Schedule B is used to report mileage driven by the fleet in each jurisdiction.

International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) forms

Title Application VR05 is used to apply for a Maryland vehicle title for any type of vehicle.

The Multi-Year Fleet Registration Account application is used to sign up your company for special fleet registration processing. The MVA Multi-Year Fleet Registration Manual provides general information and specific instructions. A Surety Bond is required.

Vehicles under 26,000 pounds may be renewed on line via MVA's Vehicle Registration Renewal web site.
